This course will introduce you to a “collection of principles and methods that focus on the identification and elimination of non-value added activity (waste), involved in producing a product or delivering added value to customers”.

You will explore how Lean uses established methods to determine what matters, rather than uncritically accepting preexisting ideas.

We will take a closer look at how the lean methodology provides a set of tools that facilitates the identification and steady elimination of waste, resulting in an improved workflow.

The Lean approach drives us to identify, analyze, and improve upon our current processes. Continuous process improvement within any organization increases optimization and promotes higher standards of quality.
