Liquor Outlet Training Seminar was developed in 2003 as a comprehensive and interactive training program for the Commission's liquor store employees. L.O.T.S. provides up to date information on Alcohol & Beverage Laws, Commission policies, sales to minors, false identification and sales to intoxicated patrons. New employees must complete this training prior to running a cash register. All employees are required to take this course or attend a "live" class once a year and attain a grade of 80% or higher to recieve a certificate of completion.
